一學生輟學兩年，簽證也過了期。可以，再找個學校注冊，並搞到暫留美國的簽證嗎？

-Does the student's original I-20 expire yet or does USCIS/immigration judge inform him/her to leave US yet? If no,  he/she can get a new I-20 from a school and then, go to his/here country (e.g. China) to get the F-1 visa to reenter US to study.  Because F-1 I-94 (with D/S) expiration date is the I-20 expiration date, he/she will not be considered as unlawful presence (illegal stay) if the I-20 does not expire yet or no USCIS officer/immigration judge inform him/her to leave US . Thus, this student will not be subjected to 3- or 10-year bar in this case though he/she has been out of status (invalid F-1 status).
