從中國轉錢來美國，怎麽辦？

我剛從中國結婚來美，我在國內有一些存款。把這些錢轉到美國來，其中有哪些法律和政策問題要考慮？是否明年會作為收入而納稅？

怎樣把人民幣換成美元？在國內怎麽換？匯到美國後再換是否劃算？錢是否必須是從我自己在中國的賬號寄到我自己美國的帳號？如果從父母在中國的帳號匯給我，以什麽理由而不涉及繳稅問題？中國方麵對把錢匯出到海外有哪些規定？
