DO NOT trim neighbor's trees !

Even if your neighbor's trees extended over the property line, you MAY not have the right to trim their trees.
For such matters, try talking to your neighbor first, maybe several times. Then, consult a civil litigation lawyer. Never take actions on your own for such matters.
