I did play nice since the very begining. I confirmed the termination of the lease with her and the coop managment mid January, since then I searched online for her and sent her the good openings. I also and offer to pay for the building deposit for her moving.
I hope this time she will move out. But before it did happen that she said she would move out in mid-feburary (then I confirmed the sea shipment from Beijing) then just didn't without providing a plausible reason.
