老公生性善良，樂善好施，幫朋友臨時看孩子，不求索取，卻被告到警察局，說是性侵犯。警察調查其3歲女孩，發現兩次證詞（醫生和警察）不同，且警察檢查孩子後也沒有發現損傷。
目前在等警察局最後結論。請問，我們能夠在英國打官司，狀告孩子的父母誣告，賠償名譽、身心損傷？
