thanks, my record said "it is suspended" . I will plea innocent

the DMV sending them to wrong address and it is not a ticket that handed in person by a cop. Red light camera ticket is a different situation because there is no way for me to find out I have this ticket. I will ask this case to be dismissed by the court.

Also I don't think I am the person in the pic. Because if it was my car in the pic then my car was directly linked to my current address so they won't send it to the wrong address. I have proof in my car's registeration paper showing it is registered to my current address.  

In my city all red light camera was suspended due to too much mistake the cop made when they issued the tickets and so many complains.
