Just call your credit card company and tell them those transactions are not yours. Don't tell them you know who the suspect is. It's useless. As the previous person said: some credit card companies have 0 liability policy. So you don't need pay anything. And at most you need pay $50. This will not affect your credit either. However, you should ask them close your current account and open a new account for you.
