I guess ok. When your realtor pass the buyer offer to you and you told what is your minimul price, your realtor can believe that is your counter off to the buyer.
When you get an offer, you can accept, or deny. In most case, people deny and give a count offer. You told it is my min acceptable price. It is your count offer and buyer accept. You need to accept as well.
The right way to tell the realtor lower price $1000, see what is the buyer response, usually buyer may add a little. Your realtor can lower again. try a few turn. You need to tell your realtor what to do.
Some times to save time, many peole just count once say it is the min price I can accept, you either accept or we do not have a deal. This is the way you use.
What is wrong? Your realtor help you get a price you stated acceptable.
