Here is another my note.

* Lisa from BankofAmerica called home phone number at about 11:10am today (Monday, 8/3/2009). She asked me if I have claim number. I told her that I asked for claim number many times both on phone and in the office. Nobody could give me claim number.  She gave me claim number: 090729-15??17)

 

 She is nice, knowdlegable, and helpful.  She said our money of ($3000.00, $$1,991.20, $2000.00) is going to credit to our account today. She promised that the service accounts generated by these inccidents will be removed as well.  She told me that I  will receive an ad…form next few days. She told me I  should go to the local police department to file this inccident. When I go to the local police department, they may need the claim number and ad---- form.
