I realized that there was a police car behind me when I was waiting for the traffic light,at that time I was on the way home from my daughter's school. I wonder what's that ? Maybe the police behind me had some emergency to deal with, so I tried to move to another lane so that he can pass through, then that police car was following me to turn, then I realized my car was the target. At that moment i just couldn't think of any reason for that, at first the police was behind me then that police drive to my left side lane, I thought what do you want to do, I stop the car in the middle of the road, that made the police mad I guess, he shouted telling me to pull away at the side of the road.
After I stopped there, he came asking do you understand the light? I ask what light? (At that moment, I thought he was saying that I turn illegally through the red light or such, I was certain I didn't do anything illegal like that, later when I look back I realized he was asking about the light in his car). Then he gave me the yellow paper told me I drive at 50m/h on the road that the speed limit is 35, (I'm really not certain what he said about me speeding is right, I may drive faster than 35m/h but not sure that fast, I always check my speed when I'm driving )and told me to go to court.
It's really some horrowable experience. It affect me many days, I have to get ready to show up in the court this week.
I start driving a year and a half ago,I really don't know that much, I think I may need to take some legal classes teaching how to hand this type of situation on the road. I remember years ago read one post in wenxuecity, mentioning that if get caught by the police car on the road just wait for the police in the car instead of getting out of the car...
