很想讓他走，但是用什麽理由呢？

他沒有不交錢。但是3個月，他有2個月交支票都是有條件的。第一次說是我存了支票，我就對我的agent 的所有行為負責。我沒有理他，告訴他，我存支票是因為他住了我的房子，我收房租是沒有condition的。他這次又來了。

他說沒有熱水，但是根本沒有這回事，還有不停的說gas leaking.Gas company的人已經說了沒有問題，他還是不停的說。

他這樣做我能以 continuted disorder conduct為理由 Evict他嗎？
