filed divorce petition. no response from respondent. then filed dissolution package along with signed/notarized agreement. but court rejcted the package and agreement for missing information. paid lawyer to update the documents but respondent started not coorperating. respondent refused to sign agreement. so petitioner cannot proceed with default by agreement path any more.
what is the next step? waiting for hearing date? hire lawyer before hearing date and fight for properties?
