First of all, congratulations.
Second, a marriage ceremony is required by law. Your marriage is void without a formal ceremony. You have ten days to file the certificate with the clerk after the ceremony. The easiest way to do this is to go back to the county clerk office where you got the marriage certificate, ask the marriage officiant there to perform the ceremony. Make sure you bring at least one witness. It can be anyone, your family member, friends, etc. Ask at least one but no more than two witnesses to sign the certificate and you can file the certificate with the clerk right away.
