Those two dates should be the same. The court clerk will calculate the date from the date of service and enter the date on both forms. It could be slightly longer if you were late to file the forms. The judgment could be entered much later if there is a backlog, which there usually is.

You may also file an ex parte motion to request a hearing, on which date you can ask the judge to sign your judgment, if it is more than the statury period.
