回複：FL-150需要遞交法庭嗎？

You do not have to file prelimninary disclosure to the court, unless you are asking for spousal support, child support, or other financial relief, or shall the court so order.

This is in Fam. Code 2104(b). However, you must file the proof of service of FL-150 to the court.
