緊急求助老貓斑竹和各位大俠

老貓斑竹和各位大俠緊急求助：

我拿得是加州駕照，8月份去紐約尼亞加拉大瀑布遊玩，

半路被警察伏擊，罰單超速，

回頭付了紐約法庭380美元，現在有收到紐約DMC的來信要吊銷我的紐約駕照。

還要我交納 ASSESSMENT費用，

我從來都沒有辦國如何紐約駕照，何來的吊銷？？
