加州離婚收到法院Notice of Case Management Conference

六月底啟動程序，對方已經收到起訴書。現在雙方準備簽財產分割協議，走“default case with written agreement”，如這裏的描述：http://www.courts.ca.gov/8410.htm

協議在進行中，收到了法院的“Notice of Case Management Conference”，這個是幹啥的？我們還是可以繼續按default with written agreement進行吧？
