1. personal contents are not covered, if you don't have your own renter insurance, you at a lost.
2. you may entitle to some medical coverage, you can either contact owner's insurance company or hire an attorney to represent you.
3. if you believe owner's negligence causing the fire, you may be entitle to reimbursements on pain and suffering.
you should consult with a contingency based attorney asap.
