保險公司的理由對嗎?

暑假拔了個牙齒, 然後在9月份的時候去植牙, 但是保險公司拒絕pay. 

 

我們一直用delta牙保險,每年9月是公司renew保險的時候, 我就update 了delta更好的

一個保險計劃. 沒有換公司. 可是現在delta拒絕支付.

 

it said: The replacement of a tooth extracted prior the patient's effective 

date of coverage is not a covered benefit of the enrollee's program. 

 

怎麽argue?
