請教單身老貓：
我的landlord withheld all of our security deposit，and even charge us more than that，
我們請了professional cleaner do the full house cleaning, only cost $260 for 4 hours，
他號稱廚房太油，又charge了$400 for just cleaning the oil。
還有一個就是樓下的牆上有一些小孩蠟筆畫的，charge了我們1500 for painting。
我看了一些tenant union’s web site,如果我們在那裏已經住了7年半，我們不應該負全部的費用，對嗎？
還是因為這個是我們的造成的damage，我們應該要付？
另外一些小的東西，我們做final walk through inspection的時候他沒有給我們一個list of items that needs to be repaired，我們走之前還是好的，他能charge我們嗎？
He should give us invoice or receipts for all the cost he paid to the repairman or the cleaning company, not just a list of charges he claimed, 對嗎？
