去過facilitatior office沒有用。Good to know that tenant or Court can quash the subpoena, but in my case, I believe it is likely that the court will granted. Because it is not reasonable to let someone live there for free and ex still pays for his own rent somewhere else and pays for the mortgage on that house for three years. He is trying to hide rental income to escape child support.
The court has already imputed his work income, but I need to prove he has significant rental income as well. Thanks.
