quite flooring = current flooring + valid correction; this is the contract.

Now valid correction is lacking in this case, so he must pay more than original flooring.

He refused to answer our phone call and email, thus making reinstallation by builder himself impossible. Actually I can not see any thing showing he will reinstall.

I feel very dispointted to the judge. She dare say recycle the current material (lower than the defendant's bid namely). How bad luck I had!
