by sending checks, writing the receiver's Chinese name and English spelling. You can also write the receiver's identity number. In case the check loses, you still have time to cancel that check at the bank here since the check cannot be cashed in one to three months after the receiver goes to Bank of China to register and cash it.So, the normal procedure for cashing a check is: you send check, receiver in China receives it, he/she goes to Bank of China to register, one to three month later if there is no other claims for that check the bank will give cash to receiver.
