我與前夫離婚十年。兒子今年22歲，美國公民，full time student. No imcome. 請問他可以申請他爸移民美國嗎？

-Yes unless your current hu*****and adopted your son formally following the adoption procedure (has the formal adoption certificate/proof). So, if your child got his green card just as the step-son of your current hu*****and, he still can sponsor his biological father's green card after he turned 21 years old. Because he has no income now, you or your hu*****and (your son's step-father) can be the co-sponsor.
