Simply saying, no, you cannot sue a person in the case that you don't know his/her address. The fundamental problem is that you cannot serve the court summons. Without successful serving, the lawsuit cannot start.
If arguing, in some states (e.g., California), you can publish a notice of your lawsuit in a newspaper.......
You can contact your local court clerk, probably they can tell you the rules in your area.
In your case, if you spend money, it's not difficult to find the address because you have much contact information of him/her.
