原則上在開庭前,您應該有機會與對方協商一個合理的處理方式.個人會建議您不要放棄這個機會.

I would love to get the issue solved out of the court. But does it mean I should contact that specific person who sold me the ipad to negociate a deal before filing the case at the court?
