碰了別人的車, 求教.

最近心理事兒有點多，拿車的時候back up不小心碰了別人的車，她的後Bumper凹進去了大概2０厘米長，3cm深：（ 等了半小時給了那人我的insurance information. 這是我第一次碰別人車，不知道是不是我應該自己也call一下我的insurance company, telling them what's going on. I didn't bring my cell phone at that time, so I didn't take the picture of it. I do have that lady's name and phone No. Thanks for any suggestion.
