親戚家的表妹三年前，在美國玩時，和美國人結婚，然後回中國，幾個月前申請到綠卡（10年綠卡）來美國，和老公生活幾個月後，發現個性不合，想要離婚（絕非假結婚騙綠卡，是真的發現性格不合）。

老公說如果離婚，他會向移民局報告，那她就需要在兩個月內離境。

請問10年的結婚綠卡到底有沒有她老公說的這個限製。

據老公說他和他叔叔是申請綠卡的經濟擔保人，不知道是不是真的。
