Every school has a legal office that belongs to Student Affairs (maybe other names). The Dean of Students (maybe other names) should take care of STUDENTs for such cases. Special WDs could be given. ... it is something shown on school policy book... When you really take actions to help your daughter, outside documents from Lawyers, Doctors, Counselors, Police Department, etc. would help a lot!
