response怎麽會是mandatory呢？default也可以啊。您是說過了30天才回應，需要額外交late fee？

另外我記得您說過離婚費用隻收起訴方的。但這裏的鏈接分別列出了petitoner和respondent的費用，是怎麽回事呢？另外婚姻裏怎麽會有joint petition？
