Read the Purchase Contract carefully to see the pre-conditions f

this contract.  I did cancel my Home Purchase Contract after the seller refused to repair the items I proposed.  But I remember that the days are defined very well in the contact to say you need to response to seller within x days or hours if the seller didn't do the repairing stuff. By the way, my case is sell by owner and I didn't have any agent either, the contract I used is I downloaded from local goverment. Anyway, read the contact carefully.
