question regarding tax return

I filed my federal tax return in paper along with my mother's W-7 in mid. Feb.  My mother's ITIN was issued in early Mar. But my tax return is not even in the IRS system.  But surely they received my mail, otherwise they couldn't have processed W-7.  what should I do now?  Should I keep waiting, or mail the paper tax return again, or E-file with mother's ITIN?
