It would not surprise you if I tell you I figure out very difficulty software bug that coud not be fixed over 1 year in Microsoft. There was a serious hardware bug in my previous company. A group of hardware expertise worked a few weeks but can't figure the root cause. I spent one day reading those guys' email, easily root caused the bug
