學生貸款付完後，又收到新statement with new balance，請問如何complain?

學生貸款早在幾個月前就付清了（有每次支付的支票證明），並收到確認信說已經付清。但是後來又收到賬單說是欠了貸款，而且數目龐大。打了好幾個電話去complain，也沒結果，不斷又收到新賬單。

請問這種情況應該怎麽辦？要不要請律師解決？應該是請哪種律師？多謝指點。
