When you bought the house, were you promised that you could rent to individual others?When I bought the house,the CCRs didn't have articles prohibiting leasing to individual others.
Are there other properties renting to multiple individuals? I don't know. I only know I am the only one on my street who leases.
How do you know the CCR modification was just targeting you? HOA asked me to stop leasing last year.I replied to HOA quoting the articles in the CCRs which meant leasing was allowable. After that, HOA didn't contact me any more until most recently I was delivered with the amendment.
