Bring my niece from China to Canada

I am Canadian citizen and lived in Canada over 10 years. I would like to know if there are any opportunites that I can bring my niece from China to Canada, NOT as an international student. How can I do that? by adoption? by apply family sponsoring?

I am highly apprecaited any advices! Thank you.
