老爸00年來美B1，03年回國，身份黑了兩年（02-03年）。今年又想來美玩半年，領館要查到的話，他能拿到簽證嗎? 謝謝！

-He can not get the visa within 10 years from the date he left US and even if the US Consulate mistakenly issue the visa to him, the US CBP officer at the port of entry will not allow him to enter US due to the 10-year bar. Just wait for about 2 year for the 10 year bar ends.
