請教貓版主和各位高人--I found out mold in my apartment.

I found out mold in my apartment. My daughter has severe asthma. Recently her doctor confirmed that the mold caused the asthma. I plan to sue the landlord. Could you advise if the landlord can sue me to get reinbursement for the lawyer expense rendered by this law suite when I lose the case?
