這種情況我該怎麽辦？謝謝！

沒係安全帶被罰款；承認並請求解釋；法院沒有收到解釋信；來信通知因為沒有收到我的任何回複而將在一個半月後取消我的駕照。

請問我現在應該怎樣做？
