沒有請律師，自己辦理的，在2010/07 已經file 了form 1, form 2,form 3, form 4(acceptance of service: sent one copy to spouse).

然後就停下了。
問題：

該程序是否自動終止？
是否需要去撤銷？
以後填表時是否要填寫？
