If you do not use their service (because you lost your phone), they still charge you (even though you are willing to pay the service), it is illegal to them (since they know that you do not use their service any more) NOT to you. I was told that if you are persistent, you can cancel your contract without cancellation fee. People did that before. The customer service representative does not tell the truth!
