It is hardly believed that a lawyer is willing to take a case which costs several hundreds of dollars.
If you are not in U.S.A, possibly the best thing you can do is to forget this issue.
If you are in U.S.A, you can go to Small Claim Court. However, it's difficult to say that you will be judged to get money in or pay money out.
