要離婚的話， 她該如何做？

我朋友常年受丈夫家暴 。近日越發嚴重， 竟卡住她的脖子，差一點窒息。 她憤而保警。她現在已下狠心， 決定離婚。她收入不高， 但超過貧困線。他丈夫基本在中國工作。 要離婚的話， 她該如何做？
