看您寫的，就是隻要130下來，485已經交上去，就算合法在留了。我現在打算趕快交上去130，等父母的出生公證到了，再交上去485。現在看USCIS上的時間表，130都要5個月的時間。我父母的探親簽證明年5月到期，沒多少餘地了。

-As I said above, your parents can stay here even if they do not file I-485 and illegally stay because their illegal stay does not affect their green card application approval. Also, they can file their I-485 any time after you get your I-130 filing receipt if they do not file I-485 concurrently with your I-130 filing. So, nothing needed to worry about.
