房奴現況：

 

一年前，我們在谘詢律師後，把一個出租房扔給了銀行。一年後，房子被拍賣。 我們的損失終於被止住。 銀行損失4-5萬，我們損失2-3年的信用。 根據州法律，當初銀行給我們的貸款太黑，在我們州，一但房子被拍賣，銀行不能在找茬：） （Can’t file deficiency judgments against us）
