He said that he takes pride of his car

and takes care of his car.  How come that he did not get the big damage on the left bumper fixed?  He is taking advantage of this incident to have my insurance cover the damage caused by himself.  My co-worker has called him a "skunkbag".  In my industry, people who are dishonest like him will be fired.
