But be careful, attorney may also make simple mistakes. My experiences is hire an attorney, ask him let me review every document before send out. You need to check those small mistakes like spelling and even a wrong name.

If you hire an expensive attorney, I think you may prevent such things.

Another point is if you find attorney made any mistake, and make your case fail, you may sue him.
