請教老貓：炒掉現在的律師，email給他通知就行嗎？

他給我的email:

Dear Ms. Li:  

 

It is not professional for any lawyers to make negative comments towards to other lawyers. If you are not satisfied with my service, I will like to terminate my services with you. Part of your deposit will be refunded to you. 

I am not an agent to negotiate the sales with the sellers. I only agreed to draft share purchase agreement for you with respect to Stanley matter and then finalize it according to your instruction. If you believe you know better by common sense, I do not know why you need to hire a lawyer.

As such, I will not waste my time and your time to go back and forth. If you still wish to hire me to represent you, please give me a detailed list of what you want in the Agreement with Stanley. I will draft one more draft for you and that is all.

現在我已經找了別的律師了，決定炒掉現在的律師，是否回一封email給他就行了？他說退我部分錢，我給了他$1500 deposit，一般是退多少呢？
