visiting parents and tax dependent

Hi:
I am in ma.

Do I have to buy medical insurance for my parents while they are here?

Is it required for the tax? How much will be the penalty?

Can I still claim them as dependents even if they do not have medical
insurance??

My parents came here before when there is no such requirement.
