car insurance claim problem

I was in an accident. Mostly is the property damage. I was on the front, there is the second and the third car bumped each other. Now, the other two cars claim that they are not liable for my damage.

Since the damage is less than the deductable of my own insurance, they will ot help.

What should I do? Waht help I can get?
